At the onset of 2018, Nathan founded D&D Endeavors.  A talent management and consulting company, dedicated to seeing clients and their careers expand from all points in their evolution.  D&D Endeavors provides a select and distinct group of clients with a unique approach to talent management and consulting that brings record contracts, brand endorsements, social media success, movies, books, tours, TV shows and high-profile engagements to his clients.

David Nathan is a well-known and respected veteran in the entertainment/music industry who has worked and developed the careers of multiple A-list talent throughout his career such as Taylor Swift, Amy Winehouse, Ariana Grande, Florida Georgia Line, The Weeknd, Thomas Rhett, Shawn Mendes and Cash Money to name a few. With nearly three decades of experience and a contact list boasting some of the most elite and sought after names in the music, film, television, and sports industries, Nathan possesses the experience, skills, and connections required to successfully negotiate, secure and navigate the most desirable and highly paid deals.

In 1996 Nathan was hired as the seventh employee at the new “start-up” label and spent 21 years there rising through the ranks to SVP of Promotion and Artist Development.  He was an intricate piece of building Republic Records into the #1 Record Label in the world.  

In conjunction with his promotion and marketing initiatives and responsibilities, he also works on branding, merchandising, social media and touring as well, allowing him to forge and build lasting relationships between diverse communities on behalf of his clients.

David Stuart from Tenafly, New Jersey is one of the music industry’s rising young minds. At 22 years old, Stuart's obsession and passion for music has led him on a path to find and manage some of the most promising artists in the industry.

He grew up idolizing his grandfather, legendary radio promotion executive Jerry Brenner and knew music would be his career choice. His acceptance into the Bandier Music Program at Syracuse University was the perfect place for David to start honing his skills and gaining knowledge. His education and has put him on a path to become a successful young executive. Stuart has his hands in most aspects of the industry, such as artist management and development, social media, marketing, artist & repertoire, and promotion.

His music experience started in 2015, when David started helping his friend get club gigs in his High School which eventually led him to gain hands on management experience with other well known EDM Artists. David scored clients such as Juno Award nominee 'Jahkoy', Independent rapper and fashion mogul 'Ken Rebel' and actor and singer 'Garren Lake'.

David worked side by side with Industry Exec. turned manager David Nathan at D&D Endeavors, where he interned for two summers and learned about all aspects of the music business. David has now become part of the team and is leading the D&D charge on the A&R, Management, Social Media, Marketing, and Playlisting fronts.
